Política de Privacidad Nos tomamos muy en serio el respeto a la privacidad y la protección de los datos personales de nuestros usuarios. A continuación explicamos el tratamiento que realizamos de estos datos. 1. Datos del responsable del tratamiento Orden Solar de Chichén Itzá Email de nuestro Coordinador de Protección de Datos: ordensolar@gmail.com 1.1 Normativa aplicable Nuestra Política de Privacidad se ha diseñado de acuerdo con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento general de protección de datos), y en lo que no contradiga el mencionado Reglamento, por lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y su normativa de desarrollo. Al facilitarnos sus datos, Usted declara haber leído y conocer la presente Política de Privacidad, prestando su consentimiento inequívoco y expreso al tratamiento de sus datos personales de acuerdo a las finalidades y términos aquí expresados. La Empresa podrá modificar la presente política de privacidad para adaptarla a las novedades legislativas, jurisprudenciales o de interpretación de los organismos pertinentes. Estas condiciones de privacidad podrán ser complementadas por el Aviso Legal, Política de Cookies y las Condiciones Generales que, en su caso, se recojan para determinados productos o servicios, si dicho acceso supone alguna especialidad en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal. 2. Finalidad del tratamiento de los datos personales. El tratamiento que realizamos de sus datos personales responde a las siguientes finalidades: Proporcionarle información relacionada con las acciones formativas y servicios de enseñanza que ofrece la Orden Solar de Chichén Itzá, Acción por la Unidad Mundial y el Colegio Iniciático Universal. Esta información incluirá actividades desarrolladas por estas organizaciones, ofertas de cursos, talleres, eventos, materiales de estudio, u otras cuestiones que consideremos de su interés, y la recibirá por correo electrónico, mensajería por WhatsApp o por mensajes enviados desde nuestra plataforma virtual. Iniciar el proceso de registro a nuestros servicios formativos y de enseñanza mediante la matriculación en una acción formativa (este proceso implica el consentimiento ulterior para la finalidad en el tratamiento correspondiente). Enviarle nuestros boletines con las publicaciones y las novedades acerca de nuestra entidad y sus servicios. Gestión de comentarios en nuestros foros y blogs. 2.1 ¿Por cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos? Conservaremos sus datos personales desde que nos dé su consentimiento hasta que lo revoque o bien solicite la limitación del tratamiento. En tales casos, mantendremos sus datos de manera bloqueada durante los plazos legalmente exigidos. 3. Legitimación y datos recabados La legitimación para el tratamiento de sus datos es el consentimiento del interesado en el momento de facilitarnos la información. Cuando se trata de alumno/as matriculados en nuestras acciones formativas, el tratamiento está legitimado por la inscripción a los cursos. 3.1 Consentimiento para tratar sus datos Al rellenar los formularios, marcar la casilla "Acepto la Política de Privacidad" y hacer clic para enviar los datos, o al remitirnos correos electrónicos a través de las cuentas habilitadas al efecto, el Usuario manifiesta haber leído y aceptado expresamente la presente política de privacidad y otorga su consentimiento inequívoco y expreso al tratamiento de sus datos personales conforme a las finalidades informadas. De acuerdo a las finalidades indicadas en el apartado 2, las categorías de datos que serán objeto de tratamiento son las siguientes: Datos identificativos: nombre y apellidos, correo electrónico, teléfono y dirección. Datos de envío de donativos si el Usuario inicia proceso de inscripción o matriculación. Datos de tráfico web y localización geográfica para ofrecerle una información más personalizada de acuerdo a sus preferencias y ubicación. 3.2 Datos obligatorios, ¿qué ocurre si no los facilito? Los datos de carácter obligatorio se distinguirán en los formularios de recogida de información. Si usted decide no proporcionarnos alguno de esos datos considerados obligatorios no podremos cumplir por con la finalidad prevista y no se realizará el tratamiento de datos ni la prestación del servicio correspondiente. En caso de elaboración de un "perfil comercial" en base a la información facilitada, no se tomarán decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos para el Usuario. Usted garantiza que los Datos Personales que nos facilite son veraces y correctos, y será responsable de comunicarnos cualquier modificación en los mismos. En el caso de que los datos aportados pertenecieran a un tercero, el Usuario garantiza que ha informado a dicho tercero de los aspectos contenidos en este documento y obtenido su autorización para facilitar sus datos. 4. Medidas de seguridad Dentro de nuestro compromiso por garantizar la seguridad y confidencialidad de sus datos de carácter personal, le informamos que se han adoptado las medidas de índole técnica y organizativas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de los datos de carácter personal y evitar su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos almacenados y los riesgos a que estén expuestos. No obstante lo anterior, el Usuario debe ser consciente de que las medidas de seguridad en Internet no son inexpugnables. 5. Cesión de datos El usuario conoce y acepta que sus datos personales podrán ser facilitados a terceros cuando sea necesario para cumplir con las finalidades del tratamiento y para acciones administrativas internas, respetándose en todos los casos las medidas de seguridad exigidas por la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal, así como las políticas generales de calidad y privacidad. A excepción de las previsiones contenidas en el párrafo anterior, nuestra organización no realizará comunicaciones de los datos del Usuario a terceros más allá de las exigidas en la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos, y sus disposiciones de desarrollo, que las realizadas a las autoridades competentes cuando le fuera requerida. 6. Derechos del Usuario El Usuario tiene los siguientes derechos en cuanto al tratamiento de sus datos personales: Derecho a solicitar el acceso a sus datos personales. Derecho a solicitar su rectificación si son inexactos, o bien solicitar su supresión (por ejemplo, si considera que ya no son necesarios para los fines que fueron recogidos). Derecho a solicitar la limitación de su tratamiento, siempre que se cumpla alguna de las condiciones previstas en la normativa, en cuyo caso únicamente los conservaremos para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. Derecho a oponerse al tratamiento, en cuyo caso dejaremos de tratar sus datos, salvo por motivos legítimos imperiosos, o el ejercicio o la defensa de posibles reclamaciones. Derecho a la portabilidad de los datos. 6.1 ¿Cómo ejercitar mis derechos? Usted podrá ejercitar sus derechos u obtener más información sobre los mismos contactando con nuestro Coordinador de Protección de Datos en los canales indicados al inicio de la presente Política de Privacidad en el apartado de identificación del Responsable del tratamiento. Así mismo, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en las legislaciones sobre Comercio Electrónico, en el supuesto de que usted no desee recibir comunicaciones electrónicas en el futuro, podrá manifestar tal deseo enviando un mail a nuestro Coordinador de Protección de Datos. 7. Redes sociales Los perfiles en redes sociales con los que cuenten nuestra Organización no supondrán un tratamiento de datos más allá del que la propia red social permita para perfiles corporativos. La Organización podrá utilizar dichos perfiles para informar a los usuarios de cada red social suscritos al perfil de la organización sobre sus actividades, eventos, seminarios, talleres, ofertas, promociones o novedades en sus servicios, así como compartir información de interés sobre las temáticas habituales de la organización. La Organización no extraerá ningún dato directamente de la red social. 8. Uso de Cookies La plataforma educativa y la mayor cantidad de herramientas web, dentro de las actividades académicas usan cookies. a) Las cookies de la plataforma educativa de nuestra comunidad y otras herramientas web se usan para personalizar el contenido y los anuncios, ofrecer funciones de redes sociales y analizar el tráfico. Además, compartimos información sobre el uso que haga del sitio web con nuestros partners de redes sociales y análisis web, quienes pueden combinarla con otra información que les haya proporcionado o que hayan recopilado a partir del uso que haya hecho de sus servicios. b) Puede usarse identificadores de dispositivo para personalizar el contenido, con el fin de ofrecer funciones de redes sociales y analizar el tráfico. Además, compartimos esos identificadores y otra información de su dispositivo con nuestros partners de redes sociales, publicidad y análisis web, quienes pueden combinarla con otra información que les haya proporcionado o que hayan recopilado a partir del uso que haya hecho de sus servicios.

We will keep your personal data from the moment you give your consent until you revoke it or request the limitation of the treatment. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked during the legally required deadlines. 3. Legitimation and collected data The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the consent of the interested party at the time of providing us with the information. When it comes from students enrolled in our training activities, the treatment is legitimized by the registration to the courses. 3.1 Consent to process your data When filling in the forms, check the box "I accept the Privacy Policy" and click to send the data, or when sending us emails through the accounts enabled for this purpose, the User declares to have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy and grant their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes stated. Security measures Within our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. 5. Data Transfer The user knows and accepts that their personal data may be provided to third parties when necessary to comply with the purposes of the treatment and for internal administrative actions, respecting in all cases the security measures required by current legislation on data protection of a personal nature, as well as general quality and privacy policies. Except for the provisions contained in the previous paragraph, our organization will not make communications of the User's data to third parties beyond those required by current regulations on data protection, and its development provisions, other than those made to the competent authorities when requested. 6. User Rights The User has the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data: Right to request access to their personal data. You can exercise your rights or obtain more information about them by contacting our Data Protection Coordinator in the channels indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Policy, in the identification section of the Data Controller. Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on Electronic Commerce, in the event that you do not wish to receive electronic communications in the future, you may express such wish by sending an email to our Data Protection Coordinator. 7. Social Networks The profiles in social networks with which our Organization counts on will not involve a processing of data beyond what the social network itself allows for corporate profiles. The Organization may use these profiles to inform users of each social network subscribed to the profile of the organization about its activities, events, seminars, workshops, offers, promotions or news about its services, as well as to share information of interest on the usual topics of the organization. The Organization will not extract any data directly from the social network. 8. Use of Cookies The educational platform and the largest number of web tools, within the academic activities, use cookies. a) The cookies of the educational platform of our community and other web tools are used to personalize content and advertisements, offer social networking functions and analyze traffic.
